Stone House 19 offers a rare combination of panoramic lake views, private recreational amenities, spacious lake-facing public areas, and distinctive architectural character, creating an exceptional private-retreat experience.

Stone House 19 was designed for groups seeking a private lakeside resort experience with exceptional views, extensive amenities, and abundant recreation. It is well suited to family vacations and reunions, milestone celebrations, executive retreats and planning sessions, wellness or creative retreats, culinary weekends, intimate weddings, proposals, and photography sessions.

At minimum, the seven suites and the Family Suite dormitory accommodate 22 guests: two in each suite's king- or queen-size bed, plus eight in four queen-size bunk beds. Additional bunks, two single sleeper sofas in suite closets, and two double sleeper sofas increase capacity to 30. The optional Cottage accommodates four more guests, for a maximum of 34. Actual occupancy remains subject to the applicable booking terms.

The estate sits directly on the lake with approximately 200 feet of private shoreline. Lakeside staircases lead to the dock, putting green, and fishing area.

No. Stone House 19 is rented as a private residence. Guests have access to two indoor kitchens and an outdoor kitchen and may prepare their own meals, hire a private chef, or arrange catering.

Yes. The estate is fully air-conditioned and heated.

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the estate. The Pavilion and Lounge levels have a mounted iPad providing access to the estate. Above each is a QR code that, when scanned, connects you with the Stonehouse19 SSID.

The Lanai includes an outdoor kitchen with a grill. There is no fire pit on the property.

Yes. Linens and towels are provided.

Tiny, harmless lake flies can be plentiful at times. The estate's minimal landscaping—only one tree and no grass—helps discourage insects, although mosquitoes and other insects may still be present. The Lanai is screened, and the Pavilion provides comfortable indoor lake viewing.

The estate provides roadside parking for approximately eight vehicles, space for three additional vehicles on the southern lower level, and a two-car-wide circular drive beneath the porte-cochère that can accommodate several vehicles.
